Happy New You!

This is the time of year that people around the world review their lives, take stock and make "resolutions," vowing to change for the better.

While any time of year can be used to set forth new intentions, this is a perfect time to do it. This time of celebration, friends, family and fun can be used to anchor in a new feeling that will carry us to new heights in the new year...

Where to begin?

How about self care?

What a great place to start! We've all heard the passage from the twelth chapter of Mark that reads, "Love your neighbor as yourself." The truth is, we can only love our neighbor to the degree that we love ourselves.

We begin by embracing ourselves (and that means all parts of us, past and present) right where we are.

It is time to put into place what best supports us - mind, body, and spirit.

That might mean being a little Selfish. Yes Selfish, with a capital S. Taking care of our Self in a deep way nourishes us. Much like the the flight attendant suggests to travelers we must take care of ourselves before we attempt to take care of others otherwise our energy will be depleted.

2010 is an opportunity to begin again. Let me help you set up a self care plan that will support every aspect of your life, career, financial, friends & family, health, and spirituality.

This year, invest in your own self care; it will be the greatest investment you ever made!
