This is the time of year that people around the world review their lives, take stock and make "resolutions," vowing to change for the better.
While any time of year can be used to set forth new intentions, this is a perfect time to do it. This time of celebration, friends, family and fun can be used to anchor in a new feeling that will carry us to new heights in the new year...
Where to begin?
How about self care?
What a great place to start! We've all heard the passage from the twelth chapter of Mark that reads, "Love your neighbor as yourself." The truth is, we can only love our neighbor to the degree that we love ourselves.
We begin by embracing ourselves (and that means all parts of us, past and present) right where we are.
It is time to put into place what best supports us - mind, body, and spirit.
That might mean being a little Selfish. Yes Selfish, with a capital S. Taking care of our Self in a deep way nourishes us. Much like the the flight attendant suggests to travelers we must take care of ourselves before we attempt to take care of others otherwise our energy will be depleted.
2010 is an opportunity to begin again. Let me help you set up a self care plan that will support every aspect of your life, career, financial, friends & family, health, and spirituality.
This year, invest in your own self care; it will be the greatest investment you ever made!

Love is our decision.
Each and every day Americans (and others around many parts of the world) struggle to keep up with a fast pace lifetstyle. We work longer and longer hours to pay the bills, take shorter and shorter (yet more exotic and expensive) vacations, get less sleep, excercise less, talk to one another less an yet wonder why we aren't at peace.
Add to that family responsibility and the fact that because of technology it is virtually impossible to get away, it's no wonder that we are a stressed out society!
What if.... (and this is where you take in a deep breath, and let it out) things could be different?
What if this next year you were able to carve some time out for self care? Learn some loving techniques for better communication? Take better care of and love yourself?
It all begins with a decision!
There is a Daniel Nahmod song (www.DanielNahmod.com) that speaks to my heart and may to yours as well. It's called Love is my Decision and here is a powerful excerpt from the song.
As soon as I decide to change my mind, God will show me how.... Love is my decision, my decision, right here and now...
Take the time today (and every day) to get still and centered. Make the decision to truly love yourself today. From your awareness of love's presence, extend your love to others. Listen to the voice of Wisdom within that guides you. Take only inspired action (as oppose to running around in the rat race of shoulda, coulda, woulda) and watch your world transform.
Remember Love is Your Decision, make it today!

Welcome to Inner Quest!
Humanity has invested a great deal of time and energy into exploring the depths of the oceans and reaching far into space. Now it is time for some inner exploration! What if we dedicated more time in this upcoming year to express our deepest desires, to nurture ourselves, and to embrace ourselves right where we are?
What if we also set aside time for our dear ones, including giving more hugs, offering eye contact, warm smiles, and deep conversation?
Imagine what the world would be like if each one of us embarked upon an inner quest - an adventure equal to space exploration...
What might your world look like?
